High efficiency vertical double slide table injection machine
Humanistic machine frame height with double sliding table design is what our double slide table injection machine features. The double slide table is an updated design based on the single slide one aiming to improve the efficiency. With two slide tables, the machine operator is able to conduct injection molding at one platen and do the replacement job of the inserts at the other platen. Apart from the advantage of efficiency improvement, it is suitable for comfortable and safe operation. Other configuration includes that it is equipped with a safety device to protect moulds with pressure and speed control, a multi-step thermal control system, large screw diameter ratio value, a double cylinder balanced type injection system and a computer screen.
Features & Applications:
1. Adding a double sliding device on the standard machine, while one Mold is in injection, another mold is in the process of product taking off & inserts putting in, increase productivity and operator safety.

A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay through T/T (HSBC bank) and Paypal, Western Union, which are the most usual ways we are using.

A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to deposit before we enter production. After we receive the deposit, we start to process the order. Machine from 15 ton to 200 ton requires different period of time. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
